Track rentals and earnings

- Clean title (rebuilt, salvage or flood titles must be disclosed and may be declined)
- Current registration in the owner's name or an authorized business entity
- Lien-free, or written lender authorization on file
- No unresolved safety recalls
- Passes the Lux mechanical and cosmetic inspection
- No active warning lights or known mechanical defects
- At least two working keys preferred
- Keep registration and required documents current
- Keep the vehicle mechanically sound and up to date on scheduled maintenance
- Disclose damage, recalls and mechanical issues honestly
- Respond to maintenance and recall requests promptly
- Provide reasonable availability — 21 days per month is suggested, not required
- Request personal-use dates in advance through the Owner Portal
How much do I earn?
The default split is 70% to the vehicle owner and 30% to Lux Express Jax on commissionable rental revenue. Your specific percentage is set in your signed agreement. Earnings are never guaranteed.
When do I get paid?
Payouts run twice monthly for rentals that are completed, returned, finalized and settled.
What counts toward my share?
Base rental charges, paid extensions and collected excess-mileage charges. Taxes, surcharges, refundable deposits, delivery, application, young-driver and administrative fees, tolls, damage payments and cleaning reimbursements are not commissionable.
How long is the term?
The default initial term is six months, with 30 days' written termination notice by either party.
Can I still drive my own car?
Yes. Request personal-use dates in the Owner Portal. Dates that conflict with a confirmed customer booking go to Lux for review — confirmed bookings take priority.
Does Lux insure my vehicle?
Insurance is reviewed and approved per specific VIN by an authorized Lux administrator before a vehicle can be activated. Nothing on this page should be read as confirmation that any vehicle is insured.
