Service, clarified.
Chauffeur-service time may be calculated from the scheduled pickup time through the completion of service. Additional time, stops, waiting, or route changes may increase the final balance.
- Reservations are recommended at least 24 hours in advance.
- Requests made less than 24 hours before pickup may be accepted based on availability and are subject to an additional short-notice service fee.
- Chauffeur service begins at $75.
- Standard rate: $100 per hour.
- Final pricing may depend on distance, waiting time, additional stops, decorations, travel requirements and short-notice booking.
- Minimum service requirements may apply based on the request.
- A booking amount is required once your request is reviewed.
- Remaining balances are due according to the confirmation.
- Applicable payment-processing fees are disclosed before payment.

- Weather or safety-related cancellations are handled at the discretion of Lux Express Jax.
- Service is provided throughout Jacksonville and approved destinations in Florida.
- Decorations and celebration requests may involve additional preparation and cost.
