Our goal is to make booking as simple, transparent and stress-free as possible.
Lux Express Jax is a commercial vehicle rental company based in Jacksonville, Florida. Our primary business activity is renting motor vehicles to the general public. Every vehicle offered is a Lux Express Jax fleet vehicle rented directly by Lux Express Jax. We are not a peer-to-peer platform, vehicle-sharing marketplace, or rental intermediary, and rentals are never completed through social media direct messages.
Submitting a request does not create a reservation. No booking is confirmed until Lux Express Jax completes its verification review, approves the request, issues a rental agreement and invoice, and receives the required deposit.
Booking a Vehicle Rental
Open Live Rental Availability and enter your pickup and return dates to see the Lux Express Jax vehicles showing as available.
Filter, compare and select a vehicle from our live inventory. Every vehicle is owned and operated by Lux Express Jax.
Complete the secure booking portal, including any age verification and protection options the portal requires.
Where approval is required, Lux Express Jax reviews the request. A request is not a reservation until confirmation is issued.
We verify driver license, identity and insurance or approved rental protection before release of the vehicle.
Any payment and security deposit required for your booking is shown in the portal checkout total and must be completed.
You receive your rental agreement with booking and agreement numbers, then sign electronically with a timestamp.
A Lux Express Jax representative documents vehicle condition at pickup and again at return, then closes and files the contract.
Booking Chauffeur Service
Provide the date, pickup time, location, destination, number of passengers, estimated hours, and occasion.
Service begins at $75, and the standard chauffeur rate is $100 per hour. Additional charges may apply based on the request.
The amount due is shared clearly once Lux Express Jax reviews the request.
You receive final confirmation, service details, and arrival instructions.
To rent a vehicle through Lux Express Jax, every reservation must have qualifying insurance coverage. Customers may either:
- Provide proof of qualifying full-coverage personal automobile insurance
- Or purchase rental protection through our approved third-party insurance provider
If you don't currently have qualifying insurance, our team will send instructions and a secure link to purchase the required coverage before your reservation can be confirmed. Pickup or delivery cannot take place until insurance has been verified. Learn more.
